Pensacola Photographer Maternity Session

Okay! You have seen these two love birds recently. I decided to post up a mini blog of them because even though the baby has already made her debut! I still wanted to show off the fun we had in this great little field in Pensacola! This is my friend Ashley of Ashley Livingston Photography and YES she is crazy like me. We hopped in the car and raced down to this field to catch the sun just right above the trees. The light was pure yumminess and I may sound weird when I say that, but I know Ash gets me so we’re good.lol I LOVE natural light! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! It’s beautiful. I love lens flare too…no pun intended, but really who doesn’t love lens flare? ;P Her hubby Dan was such a trooper! He really did get dragged around this field and we love him for being so good…well for the most part. I love you Ash! Thank you once again for allowing me to photograph such a beautiful time in your life. I am extremely overjoyed to meet Miss A and I know she will photograph just as beautifully as her Mama. Enjoy!

Brad and Ginny Maternity Session Rosemary Beach Florida

I met this lovely couple last May at a wedding I shot and they were in the bridal party. It’s funny that I see them a year later and they are expecting a beautiful little girl! Ginny basically has the perfect pregnancy body and you can tell by these photos that Brad is so in love with Ginny. The way he snuggled her even when I didn’t ask him… was so sweet! I am anxiously awaiting for the little princess to be born! Ginny informed that she has been shopping on Etsy ,so I know she has some pretty adorable things picked out. Yay! Bring on the frilly girly stuff so I can have my fix! Thank you both for allowing me to photograph such an important time in your lives. Enjoy!

Maternity Session Niceville, FL

I think it’s exciting to meet your clients for the first time when your about to photograph them! I love how much fun this couple was and I loved their style. They were down with me blaring some 80’s music in the studio and the rest went from there! They didn’t take themselves too seriously, but they did hum the song from top model…you know what I am talking about.lol I cannot wait to photograph their baby girl!! Welcome Baby K Niceville, FL

I am so very excited to show off this session! Baby K is the most adorable little baby girl. I was so excited when Kim had contacted me to photograph her precious little one. Kim is the owner of Cafe Liquid in Niceville and already has two handsome boys so to finally have a girl… she is over the moon! Baby K was born right before Kim and Christian’s 1st anniversary! How awesome is it to welcome a baby into the world and celebrate your first year of marriage! Love it.

I showed up at Kim’s house to photograph Baby K and when I went into her room it looked like Kim had robbed a baby boutique! No, seriosuly!I brought all my beautiful items from Baby and Me boutique and found out that Christian’s mother owns a Baby boutique in Knoxville so Kim made out like a bandit! Kim had boxes of bows and fabulous accessories! Every drawer and container was filled with frilly cutesy girly things. I was overwhelmed by it all and told Kim that I needed a minute to digest all this fabulous stuff. Once I got it together and could focus we went to town putting every bow and blanket we could find on Baby K. Speaking of blankets…Kim is so appreciative of all the blankets everyone made that she wanted photos of them with the baby. She stated several times that each blanket was a “labor of love” and that shows you right there how much Kim appreciates her family, friends and customers for making such lovely keepsakes. Okay okay! I will stop babbling on and on about how much I enjoyed this session and look forward to many more! All of the photography below were done with natural light! I really enjoy coming to my clients homes and photographing their newborns. It makes for a fun and unique session!

A Year in The Making Destin Photographer

A year in the making is right. Well, more then a year obviously..Little B was snuggled tight in his Mama’s belly for 9mths before he made his grand entrance. Did I ever expect to meet the 3rd cutest child in the world? No, I sure didn’t besides my own two fellas…the one that is running around and the one still in the oven(okay that didn’t sound right, but you get me..right?) I can honestly say Benny comes in 3rd place easily. I have had the honor and the privilege to photograph Jen when she was pregnant with this stud and every 3mths we got together to snap some photos of this little beast.

This is my opinion of an ideal client…if they were my friends before I photographed them and their children…sweet, but if we can become friends by me capturing those awesome memories…….that’s what I want to accomplish. I want to be a family’s photographer 4-life.. I want to be your Uncle Bob…okay..Aunt Bob, but with a better camera and little nuttier.

I hope you enjoy this session as much as I did. I always get emotional and cry over photos, but I rarely laugh out loud…these photos…yea..LOL’ed big time. Yes, maybe the red cupcake wasn’t the best idea, but we still think it’s pretty hilarious. Since I don’t use copyrighted music without permission..I found this band to put on the slideshow…enjoy the crazy music with the super sweet guitar solos.
