Destin Family Session Destin, Florida

This family was celebrating such a wonderful time in everyone’s lives! Birthdays, births and just loving life is what this session was about. This is the first time this family has ever had beach portraits taken and they own a vacation home in Destin! How did I miss these folks in the past! This family did wonderful coordinating their outfits. I love color on the beach! I think they did pretty dang good during this session and I enjoyed every minute photographing them. Engagement Session Watercolor Beach Photographer Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

I was contacted by this lovely couple just a few months ago and Casey was so excited about an engagement session that she tried to convince me to book the session in July. July is hot! I always ask couples…”Do you want to be sweaty during your session?” The Florida heat is the worst and I rarely make my local clients come out for sessions in the middle of summer. We had so much fun on this shoot! The weather was perfect! We started at Eden State Park and made are way to Watercolor. These two are not afraid to be silly and you can see how much they love each other. Thank you for allowing me to photograph such a special time in your lives! Family Beach Portraits Destin, Florida

These kids were great! They were full of energy and excitement. Some a little more then others, but I am sure the photos below will tell you exactly who was my biggest character.lol Did I get several shots of these children perfectly posed…no. Did I capture their personalities and allowed them to be themselves…yes. Mission accomplished. These photographs make me laugh and they make me excited to see how my boys will interact with each other as they get older. This was a crazy fun session and I hope these photographs make you smile. I was so excited to photograph this family in Rosemary beach located right on 30A. I talked with the beautiful Mother you see in the portraits below and she was so enthusiastic and excited to have her family photographed. Ciara and Kyle Eden State Park Wedding Photographer

I am super excited about this blog. I had an amazing time photographing this beautiful couple. I couldn’t have asked for a more laid back bride and groom. If you look closely you will notice how Ciara scrunches her nose and shrugs her shoulders when she looks at Kyle. She turns into this giddy little school girl and you can tell that “I love Kyle!” was written all over her folders in school.lol If you think she is adorable when she looks at him…you should see the way he looks at her. He almost pauses to take it all in and he gets this little smirk on his face. If I had to guess..he gets the same giddy feeling, but would rather not show his giddy little school boy side to everyone.lol Thank you Ciara and Kyle for allowing me to photograph such a special day. It was such an amazing event to document and watch unfold. You both have such loving families and I can’t wait to see what the future will hold for you both.
